Barkington Heights Pet Hotel Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Barkington Heights Pet Hotel’s services. By bringing your pet to Barkington Heights Pet Hotel, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

Barkington Heights Pet Hotel provides pet boarding, day care, and other services. Your acceptance of these services constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Pet Policies

• All pets must be healthy and free of contagious diseases.
• Pets must be properly vaccinated and have necessary health records.
• Pets must be leashed or otherwise contained when outside their designated areas.
• Barkington Heights Pet Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to other pets or staff.

3. Liability

Barkington Heights Pet Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to your pet, unless caused by our negligence. We will use reasonable care in the handling and supervision of your pet. You are responsible for any costs associated with your pet’s medical care during their stay.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon check-in. Payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. Late payment may result in penalties.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
